We recommend to facemask twice a week for ten to fifteen minutes as regular skin maintenance.   

For a more intense treatment try one of our intense treatments included with the Hydrate Combo or Detox Combo. 

HOW TO APPLY

  STEP 1: CLEANSE & EXFOLIATE 

We know — you’re excited to whip out your face mask and put it on! But before doing that, cleanse and exfoliate your skin first. Look for a facial cleanser formulated for your skin type.

STEP 2: APPLY YOUR FACE MASK IN SMOOTH, UPWARD MOTIONS

Use the spatula to remove mask from the jar. 

Apply mask evenly with the brush in an upward motion evenly across the face, avoid applying too close to the eye or lip area. Begin at your upper neck and gently work your way up your face. 

 

STEP 3: SIT FOR 15 MINUTES

Haha, only joking - but you can put the mask on in the morning for ten minutes before a shower or in the evening with a bath, or perhaps consider using this time to relax, lay back, and practice deep breathing for the 15 minutes you have it on — or sit down and finish a chapter of your book. Giving your adrenals a rest is a boost for your wellness!

 

 

Rinse thoroughly

STEP 4: RINSE THOROUGHLY

When it comes time to rinse off your face mask after 15 minutes, use a washcloth with warm water to wipe off the mask in an upward motion.  Rinse your skin to remove any residue.  

 

STEP 5: MOISTURISE WHILE SKIN IS STILL DAMP

Now that you’ve removed your face mask, your skin should look and feel smooth and clean. Follow up by applying a moisturiser to damp skin, which can help lock in hydration.
